The nonprofit aims to reduce violence by employing young men in Chicago’s underserved neighborhoods. The organization is funded by the Emerson Collective, which invests in initiatives focused on education, immigration reform, the environment and other social justice issues.

Concept to develop an authentic brand identity that resonates with the culture of these young men in Chicago.
